I chose ARCH because I researched orthodontists that cater to special needs. My son is 16 and has Down Syndrome, he does very well at the regular dentist but when making the journey to... getting braces I wanted to make sure he felt safe and comfortable. Everyone at both the Orleans and Hyannis offices were wonderful with my son and so nice & friendly. The environment is very welcoming with music playing and staff members singing which helps, I feel, the patients feel more comfortable & relaxed 😎. Although we ended up deciding to wait, Dr. Chase and Christine were very respectful of Kyle and myself and very honest & transparent which I deeply appreciated.
