“Amazing staff. I ask a million questions. They always answer without getting irritated 😆. Seriously, though, they have worked with our schedule, seen us for an emergency visit, and helped us move things around when scheduling conflicts arose. 10 out of 10 for the amazing staff and the 2 orthodontists that I have seen. I even have questions on unscheduled days. Not even his patient, but had so much patience for me.

Great experience and staff! Dr.Lee was very professional and so was his office coordinator. My son had his top braces placed on, and the young woman performing the procedure was very gentle and efficient during the entire process!!! Shout out to Cari (who applied my son’s bottom braces) and Chasity for having the best customer service EVER!!!

I have been unhappy with the condition of my teeth for a while, because they have shifted over the years, creating crowded, crooked looking teeth, so decided to get Invisalign braces. My grandchildren are patients of Arch Dental in Westwood and on the recommendation of my daughter, I chose Arch Orthodontics in Canton, which is more conveniently located for me. I was evaluated by Dr Lee, who established a treatment plan and his associates created a payment plan, which was very helpful. Dr Lee and his assistant Brianna are friendly, welcoming and very willing to take the time to answer my questions. The office staff are also terrific. I’m looking forward to the seeing a better looking smile soon!

My daughter is a patient here and from the very beginning me and my daughter have been treated so kindly by everyone there. Dr. Lee is amazing, patient and did an incredible job with my daughters smile. His staff is amazing as well. Very satisfied with the outcome of my daughters teeth. Would recommend this orthodontist office if you are looking for a perfect smile with a lovely environment 👍

Amazing place!! The service is great, and Doctor Lee treated my Daughter with great care. It only took her around two years to remove her braces. Everyone in the office has a great vibe, and are very kindhearted!!!

Dr. Lee, the orthodontics staff, and the front desk are all awesome. I straightened my teeth with Invisalign with Arch and it was as easy as can be. I have no complaints and highly recommend anyone to work with them.

Dr. Chase is amazing!! I originally went to him when I was younger for a full treatment with metal braces. As an adult I had some movement and wanted to re treat with clear aligners. His work is impeccable and I’m so grateful to have the opportunity to have him as my provider. His bedside manner is excellent and will always keep you in the loop and answer any questions you have. I can’t say enough good things about him and his practice.
