This practice is top notch. From the nice front desk receptionists all the way to the doctors. They greet you with smiles and keep you informed of the process from beginning to end. My first child went there over 2 years ago and had her braces removed a while back and the results are WOW! My second child is in the process of correcting his bite and smile and my third child will go there too. I chose ARCH because I researched orthodontists that cater to special needs. My son is 16 and has Down Syndrome, he does very well at the regular dentist but when making the journey to getting braces I wanted to make sure he felt safe and comfortable. Everyone at both the Orleans and Hyannis offices were wonderful with my son and so nice & friendly. The environment is very welcoming with music playing and staff members singing which helps, I feel, the patients feel more comfortable & relaxed 😎. Although we ended up deciding to wait, Dr. Chase and Christine were very respectful of Kyle and myself and very honest & transparent which I deeply appreciated. Dr. Chase even called on his own time to check in on Kyle which meant a lot to me. I will be returning to them when the time is right 💜

I generally avoid writing reviews but the Arch locations in Canton and Westwood (but especially Canton) deserve a review. Everyone there goes above and beyond, in meaningful ways, on each and every visit to make us feel welcome, valued, comfortable and well-taken care of. This would not be possible without the exceptional Orthodontic staff/support staff/administrative staff/team that puts their best foot forward on all the occasions that we have gone there - and there have been a significant number. Actually really love this place! The staff are great, the protocol for Covid provides security when going in, they answer all my annoying questions and most importantly this is the only place that wasn’t making me pull out teeth just to get braces. The experience has been flawless so far.

I wish we would have gone with them since the beginning. They made the transition easy, they were welcoming, professional and willing to help in any way possible. The doctor is great, knowledgeable and the staff is friendly and they actually know your name when you walk in door, you do not feel like another number walking through a revolving door but instead a person who they care about. My daughter now loves going to the orthodontist and finally feels comfortable. I can not say enough good things about Cape Cod Braces.

OK, really? All the key points that matter to me, I have found with this Canton Orthodontic office, Dr. Chase and his staff in Ortho treatment for my son.ORTHODONTIC OFFICE: The practice is clean, modern, clean and clean. Seriously, that's first and foremost in our minds when we first walk in to any doctors office, especially Dentist. We inspect for cleaniliness. It also looks well-maintained. The ambience is light and bright and good music where, you are surrounded by superheroes and fun art decor. Overall, the practice and equipment is modern, looks sanitary and cared for.PARKING: They have an attached parking lot.ORTHODONTIST: Dr Chase has a great demeanor. He is upbeat, intelligible and very knowledgeable. He appears very attentive. Both, to my questions and very importantly, to my son and his view on braces as well as the treatment process. I could see my son become more relaxed as Dr Chase spoke with him the first time. Put it this way, when we left, my son said "he's a cool doctor" and "I think he's going to do a good job on my teeth." :)STAFF: Everyone is friendly and all seem very good at what they do. I was very impressed with both the consult girl and his assistant who got my sons braces started. They all seem to really like each other. There's very good comradrie and its evident they have a lot of respect for Dr Chase. I watched this as my son was having his braces installed. The girl who worked on my son, was so nice. And neat. I appreciate people that want to do a good job. And do. All staff wear the uniforms.BRACES: I've never worn braces. But they look very well done on my son. He was pleased. No complaints. You get to choose the color bands every time you go back for an adjustment.CONCLUSION: I am very happy with Dr. Chase at Arch Orthodontics Canton. Overall, the entire experience so far has been great. Clean, sanitary office, smart Orthodontist who shows care and concern for their patients- dr. Chase also made a quick check in call after my son had his braces installed. Lastly, a team that goes the extra mile. I would definitely recommend checking this place out whether you're an adult or looking for your kids to have Ortho treatment.

My daughter is a fairly new patient at Arch and our experience thus far has been very good. The Friday prior to 4th of July Weekend, my daughter had a routine adjustment in the morning. During a late lunch she snapped a wire. I called the Bridgewater office and was told the office had closed early and no one was in to fix the problem until Wednesday after the 4th. I told the woman that it was digging into my daughters cheek. I had offered to travel to a different office and was told they were also closed. She took my number and said she would call me back. Ten minutes later I received a call that someone was driving in from Marshfield to fix the wire. My daughter was seen and treated at the office and we had a great 4th. We have already been receiving excellent care, this took it to a whole other level. I know that they truly care about their patients well being.

I went in for an initial consultation and was ecstatic when I was told that I qualified for invisalign and didn't have to wear braces at the age of 30. I had braces when I was younger but never wore my retainer so my teeth drastically shifted which left me feeling self conscious and unhappy every time I saw photos of myself. The office manager explained everything in detail, including payment options and was very professional. I explained that I needed some time to make a decision and she was very understanding and not pushy like many places are.Shortly after I decided to move forward with the invisalign. The hygienists were great with explaining the process and assuring me that I would get used to the trays in no time. Shortly after that, I decided to invest in accelendent, which I was slightly apprehensive about. However, it truly DOES speed up the treatment time AND I'm fairly certain that it's the reason why I no longer felt any soreness from my teeth moving.The acceledent enabled me to change my trays every 4 days versus 7 and also enabled me to have very visible results in time for my wedding (which was 8 months after I started my treatment). As of right now, my total treatment time is estimated at 1 year, which is 3 months from now and I couldn't be happier.The office itself is great because they have days in which they offer evening appointments, which is important for me because of my work commute. I've even e-mailed one of the hygienists (Jessica) after-hours with questions and she always responded promptly. The staff is always friendly and upbeat and Dr. Chase, Dr. Woland and all of the hygienists are truly amazing.The office feels like a big happy family and they truly care about their patients. I normally don't write very many reviews (but I always read them when choosing a business) -- and HAD share how great this place is!!!

The ARCH Orthodontics Canton office atmosphere is bright, warm and cheerful, and the staff is professional but casually and comfortably dressed; which puts patients at ease. I didn't have to wait long to see the orthodontist, who was polite and efficient. I would definitely return as well as recommend family and friends.

In my experience Arch is the best orthodontist available. The office environment is fun and inviting. The staff is kind, energetic and attentive. I can only say the best things about this group. I have three children in their care and feel that my children, I and our time are valued by the folks at Arch. I have visited two different offices for care over the past two years and I feel Arch should write a directive for all medical practices on timeliness! We really like how they explain everything and work with you every step of the way! They really are your partner in care! They also make it fun- from stamps to earn gift cards for each good visit, to raffles in the waiting area and raffles for wearing the t-shirts they give you! We recently went to their holiday roller skating party which was also a blast! They offered 3 hours of skating, skate rentals, pizza, drink, cake, an ear band (for winter) and raffle prizes. If you have to have this sometimes painful work done, this is the place to do it!

My daughter had a tough time with her palette expander and retainer. She hated them and told me she didn't want braces, even though she definitely wants straight teeth. Dr. Chase talked with the two of us and stressed for my daughter that her attitude would affect her experience. He encouraged her to think positively and embrace the end goal. She agreed to get the braces. Thank you Dr. Chase for building my daughter's trust over the last few years so that she would be able to hear you on this most important phase of her treatment!

Four months into my adult braces and I could not be happier. It was a big decision to get braces and Arch was helpful every step of the way. I had initially consulted with another local Orthodontist that also had a good reputation, his staff on the other hand were known as being professional but unsympathetic and unfriendly. The Arch staff treat me with respect and are so friendly whenever I come in for an appointment, and I find myself looking forward to my visits. They explain what they are doing and why they are doing it, which makes me feel very at ease and part of the process. The orthodontist even supplied me with his cell number to call if I ever needed to. I am very happy with my choice of Arch and would recommend them (I already have!)

This was an emergency visit as my son thought he had broken a bracket. Instead, what we found was it was a missing rubber band was making the wire loose. The hygienist quickly and easily fixed the problem and we were on our way within 2 minutes of being taken in the back. The hygienist and other staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. My daughter had gone in first thing on a Monday morning to have her braces put on after months of visits and a jaw expander. The staff was bright and cheery and took her right in. It was less than an hour and she was all done and smiling with the new teal braces that she chose! The team informed her exactly what to expect and how to handle things. On Tuesday we received a check up call from the doctor just checking in and left a message to call with any issues. (The personal touch is a big winner for me!) While she did have to stop in quickly on Wednesday she was in and out and all smiles!! I am very pleased with Arch and have made recommendations to friends to use their services. My son is soon to follow and I have no second thoughts on where he will be going.
