“Hello All,
I wanted to take a moment and acknowledge each of you and your contributions to ARCH. Over the span of the past 46 years, ARCH has grown from a tiny little 2 chair office occupying a small portion of a no-longer standing house on Porter St in Stoughton, to a group practice that spans 10 locations and over 90 miles of Southeastern Massachusetts.
When people observe entities which grow to that magnitude and live that length of time, the business owner is often the person that gets the credit for making the decisions and perpetuating the life of the company. I can say with certainty, that the owners are only a small part of the success; for without an extraordinary team of passionate, caring, intelligent and wonderful human beings, there is no 46 years, and there is no 10 locations, and likely, there is no ARCH.
Each of you provides a wealth and richness from your own pasts as well as dreams of planned futures. It is the combined wealth from our own personal lives that we share when we are together, that elevates each around one another. This is the heart and soul of the Company. This is what makes us who we are. This is the juice that gets us going. This is what picks us up when we are down, and this is what makes move and enjoy even more when we are up!
This pattern of support and sharing is representative of ARCH and we are a family of extraordinary humans. We recognize it is often a challenge to just get up, nevermind, get up to be on stage and perform in front of our patients every day, yet you continue to do so, with smiles on your faces. I could not ask for more.
Over the past couple of months most, if not all of you, have experienced a range of emotions, and rightfully so, as we have been dealt one trauma after another, without an end in site or an answer to be had.
This ARCH family is strong and capable to sustain and outlast anything thrown its way. And while we may never get the answers to our questions, the challenges we have faced will only make us a stronger group, a closer group, a group which will have more fortitude, focus and energy!
Those of you who worked your butts off since we temporarily closed, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Those of you who helped to sustain the practice, and remained at home as your roles and obligations, I thank you as well. They say “it takes a village”, and we have the most special village out there!
I appreciate you all, you are spectacular.
