Given the recent developments with respect to the Novel Coronavirus disease (COVID-19), ARCH Orthodontics has taken the bold step to do our part to reduce the risk of spread of the virus. We have chosen to suspend normal operational hours through April 6th. What this means: We will not be seeing patients in the office unless there is an emergency that cannot be managed via telephone, which many orthodontic issues can. For those of you who have appointments scheduled between now and then, we will be rescheduling you for about eight weeks out.
We have decided to close during this pandemic to ensure the health and well-being of our patients and staff. During this time, we will not neglect the needs of patients and have come up with different outlets to still provide the full ARCH experience from the comfort of your own home.
