Brockton Office Closing Letter

This is to advise you, as a valued patient, that due to logistical issues with building ownership, ARCH Orthodontics is closing our office at 348 North Pearl Street in Brockton. Our last day seeing patients there will be August 10 and all appointments after that date must be at another ARCH location. To see your same doctor, please make your appointment either at our nearby Stoughton or Randolph office. Of course, you will continue to receive the same highest quality, professional Orthodontic services and familiar, skilled team at these other convenient ARCH locations:

Since our founding 46 years ago, our patients’ wellbeing has been our number one consideration, always following or exceeding the CDC’s standard precautions. During the pandemic, we have augmented and implemented a range of aggressive protocols. Among these:

• Strict social distancing plus added facial protection
• Asking those accompanying patients to wait outside rather than in the waiting room.
• Waiting rooms have been reorganized as necessary; removed items that may be touched by many people during the day; surfaces are sanitized throughout the day.
• We recommend that those over age 70 may prefer not to come into the office.

A great option to reduce potential virus transmission is the Remote Dental Monitoring app (ARCH introduced this 2
years ago). This enables patients to reduce the number of office visits. The patient sends us weekly selfies of their teeth and smile that are reviewed by their doctor. For a limited time, during the COVID-19 pandemic, patients can sign up for Remote Monitoring with a 19% discount.
