(Issued Spring 2020) – ARCH Orthodontics has named Christine Luz (at left) of Onset, Mass., as Employee of the Month for February. She was nominated for the honor by the staff, and the announcement was made by practice principal Dr. Andrew Chase.
Christine is the Insurance Coordinator for ARCH’s Orthodontic and Pediatric Dentistry practice. Her Team Leader is Ana Fernandes (photo, on right) who said, “Christine is a valued member of our team. She’s a reliable, trustworthy, dedicated employee who is a pleasure to work with. She stands out as she never wavers in her commitment to excellence. I admire her strong work ethic and personal integrity. Thank you, Christine, for your hard work. You are truly appreciated.”
Christine said, “I’ve been with ARCH for 9 years — 6 years as Scheduling Coordinator and, since 2017, as Insurance Coordinator. I am a patient advocate for insurance benefits, working with patients, explaining their benefits, communicating insurance concerns, and managing insurance disputes. I love working at ARCH! We’re a team and work together to give our patients the best possible outcome.”
